摘要
目的 为黄柏药材的鉴别提供新的方法。方法 以黄柏酮及黄柏内酯为对照品,采用TLC法,建立黄柏药材薄层色谱分离图谱。结果 关黄柏及川黄柏薄层色谱指纹图谱存在明显差异。两种黄柏与3种黄连对照药材的薄层色谱图谱也存在明显的差异。结论 所建立的方法具有简便、专属、稳定、可重复的特点,可用于黄柏药材的专属鉴别。
Objective To establish a new method for identification of Cortex Phellodendri. Method A TLC method was established for determination of Obascunone and Obasculactone in Cortex Phellodendri , using petroleum and acetate acid (1 : 1) as the developing reagent , and 5% H2SO4-EtOH (v/v) as colometric agent. Result Two distinguishable TLC fingerprint chromatograms of Phelloden-dron chinensis Schneid. and Phellodendron amwense Rupr are obtained. Conclusion The method has been proven to be feasible for the identification of this crude drug.
