高校学生工作干部的远离感是一个值得教育工作者关注的问题,它的存在使高校学生思想政治工作力量受到削弱,给高等教育带来了巨大危害。远离感的产生主要由高等教育体制改革、市场经济负面影响、传统的教育观念、干部本身的思想和行为方式等造成。有效控制和消除学生工作干部的远离感要更新观念,抓住"三个环节",实现"三个转变",做到"三个贴近",不断提高学生工作干部素质。

The alienation to working object felt by workers of students' affairs in universities is a problem to which educators should pay attention. It is weakening the ideological and political working strength and doing harm to senior education. It is mainly caused by reform of senior education system, the negative effects of market economy, traditional education concepts and the workers' own thoughts and behavior. In order to control and get rid of the alienation, we should base on 'three links', and achieve 'three transitions', and realize 'three adjoins', so as to improve the workers' quality.
