Exploration on Community Social Security System

在社会转型期,我们的城市社会保障制度在实践当中出现了一系列问题。与此同时,社区建设已在全国推开,这也就给当前的社会保障带来了一种新的契机,即依托社区建设,推行城市社区保障。

There have been some problems in our urban social security system in social transformation. In the meantime, the community construction has been in progress all over the country, which has brought a new opportunity to current social security system. We should promote the system through community construction.
