摘要
采用湿法混炼工艺制备了玻璃纤维增强橡胶密封材料,研究了玻璃纤维的表面涂层、长径比、体积分数及硫化工艺对其性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃纤维的加入可改进橡胶密封材料的密度、邵尔A型硬度、拉伸强度、耐蠕变性、压缩回弹性、耐油性、耐热性和密封性等,其最佳硫化工艺条件为140℃,10MPa,20min。
The glass fiber reinforced rubber sealing material was prepared with mill-mixing by wet method,and the effect of coating of glass fiber surface,aspect ratio and volume fraction of the glass fiber and vulcanizated technology on properties of the rubber sealing material were studied.The results showed that glass fiber could provide the better properties of the rubber sealing material,such as density,Shore A hardness,tensile strength,creep resistance,compression set,rebound,oil resistance,heat resistance and sealing performance;the optimum vulcanization condition was 140 ℃,10 MPa, 20 min。
