摘要
将故障树分析法(FTA)用于研制、开发具有首冲功能的300m3自航耙吸挖泥船及配套的机械设备远程油液分析与诊断系统过程中,并对柴油机因温度过高而导致功率下降和柴油机不能启动两个故障进行建树、分析,以便在管理和维修中进行事故分析和系统故障分析,在指定故障诊断和检修流程中,寻找故障检测最佳部位和分析故障原因,制定维修决策,切实预防故障发生.
A fault tree analysis(FTA) method is used in the research and development of remote fault diagnosis and monitoring system for 300m3 dredger. Two fault conditions are studied. For the fault with engine power descending the qualitative analysis,for the engine fails to start up,it is studied with the quantitative methods. FTA can find the optimal maintenance part of the equipment and analyze the fault cause so as to make the maintenance decision and prevent the fault.
