用新思维建立多元化的农业发展支持体系

农业的弱质性决定了政府对农业发展必须采取相应的支持和保护措施 ,针对我国目前农业发展支持体系中存在的一些问题 ,应建立以政府为主导的政府、市场、农业自我发展相结合的、多元化的农业支持体系。

It is essential for government to take all kinds of measures to support agriculture, but there are some problems in the supporting system of agriculture in China. So the paper is trying to analyze the existing problems and suggest to unite the government and market to build a more effective supporting system.
