中国旅游业发展中的矛盾及调整思路

当前中国旅游业的发展过程中 ,在旅游资源有限性与旅游开发普遍性之间、旅游资源的不变性与旅客需求多变性之间、旅游活动集中性与景点开放经常性之间、旅游资源开发与保护之间以及旅游管理体制改革的滞后与旅游业快速发展之间存在着诸多矛盾。为解决这些矛盾 ,加快中国旅游业的健康发展 ,应调整发展思路 ,正确处理政府与市场导向的关系、树立“大旅游”观、加强旅游科学规划、加快旅游管理体制改革等。

Various conflicts exist in the development of Chinese tourism industry, between limited tourism resources and universal tourism exploration, stable tourism resources and various needs of tourists, centralized tourism activities and regularly-opened scenic places, exploration and protection of tourism resources, and lagged reform on management system of tourism industry and fast developing tourism industry. In order to solve these conflicts and accelerate the healthy development of tourism industry, we should change our attitude toward developing tourism industry, balance government orientation and market orientation, form an 'overall tourism' perspective, improve scientific plan for tourism, and speed up reform on the management system of tourism industry.
