内蒙古自治区普通高校体育专业师资队伍现状调查研究

Research on the Status Survey of Professional Teachers for Physical Education in Ordinary Universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

采用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计等方法,对内蒙古自治区7所普通高校体育院(系)师资队伍现状进行了调查研究.结果表明:内蒙古普通高校体育院(系)教师职称偏高而高学历者比例偏低,有66%的教授将在5年内退休,教授职称结构不够合理,教授后备人才补充缓慢,高质量的科研成果少,学科建设普遍较差,术科教师亲缘结构单一,学科教师结构比较合理.各高校要采取有效措施,大力引进高层次人才,鼓励年轻教师攻读硕士以上学位,这是优化教师队伍结构,提高内蒙古普通高校体育院(系)师资水平的重要途径.

By means of consulting document data,surveys and visits,statistics and so on,the status of teachers in Physical Education College(Department) of seven ordinary universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been investigated and studied.The result shows that the percentage of teachers with higher academic titles is high while the percentage of their higher academic degrees is fairly low,in the Physical Education Colleges(Department) of the ordinary universities in Inner Mongolia,66% professors are about to retire in five years;the structure of professor titles is unreasonable and the talent reserve for professors grows slowly,the high-quality results of scientific research are in small number and the construction of courses is generally poor,the teachers for four-year students are of single relationship structure,the teachers for each subjects tend to be reasonable.On the basis of the above,in the first place all universities should take effective measures for attracting advanced talents to the great extent and encourage young teachers of PE to study for Doctor's Degrees.This is the importtant way for optimizing the structure of professors and promoting the level of teachers of Physical Education College(Department) of ordinary universities in Inner Mongolia.
