摘要
研究了纯二维极性晶体中与光学声子相互作用的磁极化子的性质,采用幺正变换和线性组合算符法导出了在磁场的作用下,纯二维极性晶体中强、弱耦合电子周围光学声子的平均数.并以AgCl晶体为例进行了数值计算,讨论了纯二维极性晶体中磁极化子的振动频率及光学声子平均数的一些性质.
The properties of magnetopolaron in purely 2D polar crystals,coupling with optical phonon,was studied.The mean number of optical phonons in the cloud around the strong and weak-coupling electron in purely 2D polar crystals is derived by using unitary transformation and linear combination operator method for a magnetic field.Numerical calculations,for the AgCl crystal,as an example,are performed and some properties of the vibration frequency,the mean number of optical phonon of magnetopolaron in purely 2D polar crystals are discussed.
