摘要
采用Larsen方法研究了半导体量子点中磁极化子的基态能量,对GaAs半导体材料进行了数值计算.结果表明,量子点中磁极化子的基态能量随磁场的增加而增加,随量子点的厚度增大而减小.
The ground state energy of magnetopolaron in semiconductor quantum dots were studied by using Larsen's method.Numerical calculation,for GaAs semiconductor,as an example,illustrateds that the ground state energy of the magnetopolaron in semiconductor quantum dots will increase with increasing magnetic field and with decreasing the thickness of the quantum dot.
