CNOOC Limited increases its stakes in China's two offshore oil fields
CNOOC Limited announced on July 18 that it has agreed to purchase a 24.5percent stake in QHD 32-6 oil field the cost of US$150 million. Meanwhile,CNOOC Limited has agreed to pay each of two foreign partners US$20million for a 49 percent stake in LH 11-1 oil field.
