摘要
文章对松毛虫质型多角体病毒 (CPV)生产中的增殖方式、接种浓度、复制世代、采收时机、切片次数、离心机进液速度及应用中的使用方式、防治时机进行了探讨 。
Based on the experiment results and practice experience, the paper summed up a series of production technology of pine catepillars CPV. Use the hibernate larvae of nature high density pine catepillars population to multiplicate CPV can received high yield, the proper inoculum concentration is 1×10 6 CPB/ml. The proper picking time and section times, centrifugal sepatator speed are also discussed. The author also analysed the suitable applied measure and control time in CPV application.
