西北地区生态农业体系建设途径探讨

Approaches on Constructing Eco-Agriculture System in the Northwest China

西北地区生态环境日趋恶化,严重威胁着当地经济社会的可持续发展。协调该地区生态环境和经济社会良性互动的根本途径是建设生态农业体系。生态农业体系的构建应以生态经济学思想和可持续发展理论为指导;健全法制,用法律制度来有效调整人与自然环境的关系;推进农业产业化经营,提高资源的利用效率,逐步缓解人口的迅速增长对环境的压力;加强水资源的合理规划和统一管理。以甘肃省主要生态类型为例,提出了西北地区生态农业建设的途径和措施。

The eco-environment is degrading gradually in the Northwest China, which has threatened sustainable development of the local economy and society. To construct the eco-agriculture system is the fundamental ways that can harmonize the relations between the eco-environment and the development of economy and society in the Northwest China. The key of constructing the eco-agriculture system is to guide our behaviors with the theory of ecological economics and sustainable development, to complete law regulation and policy system for regulating the relations between human and environment, to raise the utilization efficiency of natural resource and develop agricultural industrialization so as to eliminate the pressure of the fast increasing of population to the eco-environment, to intensify the reasonable programming and the unified management of water resource. Taking the various ecotypes in the Gansu Province for example, the ways that may improve the eco-agriculture system in the Northwest China have been discussed.
