A Optimizing Model and its Application on Green Product's Recovery Options

摘要 在分析产品回收处理逆向物流链的基础上,借助于拆卸树考虑产品分拆程度,以度量产品的拆卸成本;运用基于作业的成本分析法,全面论述了零部件再用、材料再生、安全处置等产品废弃处理策略的成本与效益,建立了产品回收策略优选的0-1型目标规划模型,并以PC机的回收处理为例,进行了实际应用。通过模型求解,可以考察各目标的实现程度及其差距,有利于指导企业改进产品设计。 On the foundation of analyzing the reverse logistics chain of product recovery processing, the disassembling degree should be taken into account recurring to its disassembly tree in order to measure the disassembling cost. With the activity-based costing employed, the cost-benefits about components reusing, materials recycling, safety disposing etc. are dissertated compositively. In addition, the 0-1 goal programming model on product's recovery options is established. Then take the recovery processing of PCs as an example into application. Considering the realized degree and its gap, the running result of the model well benefit to improve the product design.
