1989—1993年,日朝外交关系的重要内容是如何实现邦交正常化。这一问题的提出本身就是由诸多因素促成的,但更重要的是冷战前后国际形势对两国的冲击。经过非正式往来和政府间的交涉,谈判取得了一些成果。但由于在核查这样的重大问题上存在严重分歧,谈判搁浅了。当然,日本方面在这一谈判过程中发挥了积极的作用,这是值得肯定的。

The key content of diplomatic relations between Japan and Korea is how to realize essential diplomatis ties from 1989 to 1993.The issue is caused by a lot of reasons,but the import reason is Cold War lash to the two countries.The negociation between two governments gained some achievements with abnormal and normal communciation.However,there are serious divergence on the nuclear-check,the negociation had to suspend.Of course ,it is necessary for us to affirm that Japan had played a positive part in the process.
