补骨脂对激发态小鼠的体液免疫影响的实验研究

Study on the humoral immunity of murid in excited state influenced by Psoralea Corylifolia

目的 :研究补骨脂对激发态小鼠体液免疫的影响。方法 :分别给小鼠注射绵羊红细胞 (1,2组 )和卵白蛋白 (3,4组 ) ,制备激发态小鼠模型 ,再分别灌服补骨脂汤剂 (1,3组 )和葡萄糖溶液 (2 ,4组 ) ,然后用微量凝集法测抗绵羊红细胞抗体 (1,2组 ) ,用ELISA法测卵蛋白 (3,4组 )。结果 :与绵羊红细胞对照组比 0 0 1<P <0 0 5 ;与卵白蛋白对照组比P <0 0 1,均具有显著性。结论 :以上数据表明 。

Objective: To study the humoral immunity of murid in excited influnced by Psoralea Corylifolia. Methods: To inject the SRBC(1,2 group)and albumen(3,4 group)into murids respectively;and then the Psoralea Corylifolia(1,3 group)and G.S P.O,individually;to test the SRBC Ab with agglulinative (1,2 group) method and the albumen Ab with ELISA(3,4 group). Results: 1 group 0 01< P <0 05;2 group P <0 01. Conclusion: These results demonstrate that Psoralea Corylifolia can improve humoral immunity of murid in excited state.
