高校院(系)党组织实施政治核心作用的思考

On the political core role of the Party of the Department level in the university

政治核心作用是高校院(系)党组织工作的定位。院(系)党组织实施政治核心作用,必须确立共同负责和服从服务中心的观念,处理好党务与行政的关系、党政一把手的关系和正副职的关系,做到工作要到位而不越位、要有为而不墨守成规。

The position of the Party Committee in a university is to play a political core role. To fulfill this task, the article suggests that, the Party Committee of the school should carry out the principle of joint-responsibility and service, in implement of which, the Party Committee should handle correctly the relations between the leaders and be careful to work hard and not exceed the power.
