人民币近期升值的内在支撑力分析

Analysis on the Internal Supporting Force of the Recent Revaluation of RMB

近期人民币升值的表层压力加大主要源于我国外汇管理体制缺陷。从经济基础这个决定货币汇率变动的深层次因素来考察,人民币近期升值的内在支撑力并不强。因此,应继续保持人民币汇率的稳定,同时采取一系列改革措施,舒缓人民币升值的表层压力。

The author of this paper believes that the recent superficial pressure for RMB to revalue originates from the defects of our foreign exchange management system. Moreover, viewed from the underlying factor of economic foundation determining the change of foreign exchange rate, the internal supporting force for recent RMB revaluation is not strong. Therefore, we suggest that our country, at this stage, should maintain a stable RMB, and at the same time adopt some effective measures to buffer the superficial pressure for RMB revaluation.
