摘要
目前国外商业街主要有近邻型、地域型、广域型、越广域型,其在立地环境、规模与密度、业种构成、店铺构成上表现出不同特征。现代商业街在营销功能、生命周期、组织化程度、内部配置等方面的发展趋势,对于我国商业街的发展均具有重要的借鉴意义。我国商业街要提升市场竞争力,确保商业街的聚集功能和充实店铺构成,强化商业街的组织化程度,提升其文化品位;加强政府规划控制的力度。
Nowadays there are several types of the business streets, which vary from each other in the aspect of scale, intensiveness, location and the type of selling goods. The trends of life cycle, marketing function and the organizing degree of modem business streets have immense significance for the development of Chinese business streets. To boost the competitiveness of our business streets, we .should ensure the conglomeration functions, enhance the organizing degree, and strengthen the government planning and control.
