摘要
在经济全球化背景下,尤其是在加入WTO后,跨国公司加强了对我国中高级管理人才的争夺。面对人才的流失,我国企业应建立灵活的人力资源配置机制,改革薪酬制度,而政府应加强宏观政策引导,共同寻求符合我国企业实情的人力资源战略管理模式,提高企业的核心竞争力。
Under the background of economic globalization , Chinese enterprises have been and will be faced with the fierce international competition. After China's entry into WTO, with the steady increase in investment to China, the multinational corporations have intensified their scramble for Chinese middle and high ranking qualified management personnel, hence the problem that the qualified personnel has been seriously run off . So it is a key issue for our enterprises^ to adjust the strategies of human resource management.
