摘要 目的 解决高压氧 (HBO)舱的“肺式供氧器”吸氧阻力大的问题。方法 利用氧气作为动力源 ,控制拉杆联动系统 ,实现供氧的目的。结果 吸氧阻力≥ - 10 0Pa ,优于国标GB12 13 0 - 1995《医用高压氧舱》大于等于 - 40 0Pa的要求。结论 较好地解决了年老体弱和重度CO中毒、严重脑外伤术后和持续性植物状态等患者行HBO治疗中吸氧阻力大。 Objective To get rid of the high inhaling resistance for pulmonary oxygen supply apparatus in hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) chamber. Method The oxygen was applied as the source of motive force to control the system of pulling pole-associated movement and achieved the oxygen supply. Result The inhaling resistance of this apparatus was ≥-100 Pa ,it was better than the National Standard in requirement of requested in Medical Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber(≥-400 Pa which GB12130-1995). Conclusion The high inhaling resistance during the process of HBO therapy in elderly and debility patients, especially for the patients with severe intoxication, postoperation of severe brain injury and early stage of persistant vegetative state was better and effectively overcome by applying this apparatus in HBO chamber.
