Study on Quality Control and Extract Process for Eisenia foelide savigny

目的:应用薄层色谱法对赤子爱胜蚓进行了鉴别,确定其重金属检查方法,并规定重金属限度,摸索炮制方法及条件,建立质量控制方法。方法:以溶栓试验为指标,进行溶栓成分的提取、干燥,绘制提取物的冷冻干燥曲线。结果:赤子爱胜蚓鲜活体匀浆后离心处理,收集上清液后,残渣再加水搅拌、离心处理1次,即可使提取率达93％以上。结论:该方法可最大限度地保证溶栓成分的稳定提出。

Objective: To make identification for Eisenia foelide savigny by TLC, to determine the checking method of heavy metals, to rule the limit of heavy metals and to get the processing method and condition, to establish its quality control method. Method: Explored abstraction and dryness method of dissolve thrombus component by dissolve thrombus test, the freezing-drying curve of extract was drawn. Result ;It showed that extract rate of fresh living eisenia foelide saving amount to 93 %. Conclusion: This method could make the abstraction of thrombus component steadily.
