德国小蠊不同发育期体内含糖量的测定

Determiantion of suger in the body of various bevelopments of Bllattella germanica

本文报告了采用重铬酸盐氧化法测定德国小蠊体内的含培量。第一龄若虫,每毫克体重是0.036mg,第二～六龄若虫约为0.050mg,雌雄虫分别为0.038mg、0.040mg,饥饿成虫含糖量急剧下降到0.020mg,并直到死亡。

This paper presents the results of determination of suger in the body of Bllattella germanica,using the method of oxidaton of dichromic salt. The weight of per mg is 0.036mg in first instar nymph and about 0.050mg in the 2-6 instar nymph.Female and male is 0.038mg and 0.040mg respet- ively.The volume of sager of the hungry adults drops rapidly to 0.020mg. The volume can be maintained until the adults die.
