摘要
目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔后部出血的止血方法。方法 :应用鼻内镜对 10例鼻腔后部顽固性鼻出血患者进行检查 ,寻找出血部位。以克氏针改制的绝缘电灼针和带绝缘外套的细吸引管电灼止血。结果 :10例患者均经一次治愈 ,全部病例无严重并发症。随访 6个月～ 3a未再出血。结论 :鼻内窥镜、绝缘电灼针、带绝缘外套的细吸引管和高频电刀联合应用治疗鼻出血 ,视野广阔清楚 ,疗效可靠 ,操作简单 ,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective:To discuss the treatment of epistaxis under nasal endoscopy.Methods:10 cases of serious epistaxis in posterior nares were treated by nasal endoscopy,electric cauterization pin and suction tube from September 1999 to October 2000.Results:10 cases were cured once.There were no serious complications and pains in all the patients.The epistaxis did not recur but in all the patients with a follow-up of 6 months to 3 years.Conclusion:It is truly a practical way that serious epistaxis in posterior nares be treated by nasal endoscopy,electric cauterization pin and suction tube.It has the advantages of clear field of view reliable therapeutic offectiveness and easy perfomance.
