眼眶的解剖和CT测量及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 眼眶(orbit)对称地位于颜面鼻根部颅中线的两侧,是容纳视器及视器血管、神经等组织的类似四边锥形骨腔,其周围毗邻关系复杂,眶内容物与眶周毗邻结构的疾病可相互影响,并且眼眶外伤和畸形的整复又是临床的难点[1-2].高分辨率CT(HRCT)能较好地显示眼眶的细微骨性结构和毗邻关系,三维重建的影像测量与标本的直接测量结果具有良好的一致性[3],本文重点就其扫描和测量的解剖基础及临床意义作一综述.
