由苯肼衍生物经Fisher环合等反应得到了目标化合物佐米曲坦,采用二维NMR、DEPT和选择性远程INEPT等技术,对其结构和NMR信号归属作了研究。
A potent 5-HT_(1B/1D) receptor agonist, zolmitriptan, has been synthesized by the Fisher indole reaction. Its structure was elucidated by NMR using the selective longrange INEPT technique and the homo-/hetero-nuclear 2D NMR techniques.
