论全面建设小康社会与男女两性协调发展

20世纪90年代以降,男女两性在劳动就业、经济收入等方面差距加大,妇女发展的一些方面并没有随着我国经济的快速发展得到相应的发展,男女两性协调发展和妇女与社会的同步发展已成为全面建设小康社会的内在要求和重要内容。在理论层面上,将性别平等纳入全面建设小康社会,有利于丰富和深化马克思主义的妇女观和发展观,创建具有性别平等视点的可持续发展模式,在国际上树立良好的国家形象和理论形象。从性别平等领域看,增强各级政府决策者的社会性别意识,提高广大农村妇女的综合素质与权利,应成为全面建设小康社会的一项重要举措。

The harmonious development of the two sexes and the simultaneous improvement of woman and society have become the intrinsic demand and important content of buiding a well-off society in an all-round way. In the theoretical sense, applying the concept of the equality of man and woman into the construction of such society can help enrich and deepen Marxist women's concept, construct a sustainable development mode, set up China's good image in the world. In light of equality of the two sexes, raising the social gender consciousness of government administrators at all levels and improving the overall quality and rights of the women in countryside should be important measures in building a well-off society in an all-round way.
