摘要
介绍了一种渣油加氢处理催化剂预硫化的新方法。该方法克服了传统干法硫化和湿法硫化的缺陷,采用先低温干法硫化后高温湿法硫化的方式,使得催化剂干燥和硫化可同时进行,包括:(1)在160~280℃温度范围(低温区)用硫化氢或其他硫化剂对加氢处理催化剂进行干法硫化;(2)在260~320℃温度范围(高温区)用硫化油对加氢处理催化剂进行湿法硫化。与传统的两种硫化方法相比,该方法硫化时催化剂上硫率好,催化剂初活性高,且能大大节省硫化时间和硫化油,从而大大降低了硫化成本。
A new approach for presulfiding of residue hydrotreatment catalyst was described. The approach combines drying and presulfiding to get rid of the disadvantages of traditional methods. The catalyst were first presulfided by H_2S or others sulfiding agent at 160-280 ℃, and then sulfided by sulfiding oil at 260-320 ℃. The new method reduces sulfiding oil consumption and shortens presulfiding time, thus significantly lowers presulfiding cost.
