摘要
文章分析了中国汽车工业面临的三重挑战,基于对供应链管理内涵的分析,提出了适合汽车行业发展规律的电子商务解决方案。指出此解决方案的要点在于通过电子商务的实施,带动企业ERP和CRM系统建设。详细分析了ERP和CRM如何帮助汽车制造企业以合理的成本为客户提供满意的服务,从而达到提高企业核心竞争力的目的。
Three challenges faced by China automotive industry are analyzed. Based on the analysis of supply chain management, this paper gives out a solution of electronic business suitable for the development rules of the auto sector. It also points out that the key point of the solution is to push the construction of ERP and CRM systems through execution of the electronic business. It analyzes in detail how ERP and CRM will help auto - manufacturing enterprise to provide satisfactory service to the customers at reasonable cost, thus boosting the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
