在自然界中 ,有多种微生物可产生不同来源的木聚糖酶。它们具有非常广泛的使用价值和巨大的应用前景。本文主要就木聚糖酶的研究进展及其在动物饲料中的应用作一综述。

Manifold microbes in the nature can engender various original xylanases which hydrolyze xylan into xylooligosacchrides and D-xylose. These enzymes have very extensive application value and great exploitation foreground. The characteristic and application in genic engineering and animal nutrition of xylanse is summarized in this article.
