摘要
猪体组分的生长速度不仅影响养猪企业的生产效率 ,而且影响猪的胴体质量。本文着重研究猪的四大体成分 (水分、蛋白、脂肪、灰分 )的生长模型 ,并用有关实验数据加以验证 ,其中体水分、体蛋白、体脂肪的生长适合于方程Y =aXb,它们的拟合度 (R2 )分别为 0 .988,0 .995 ,0 .997,但是体灰分的生长模型用线性方程Y =aX +b的效果较好 ,拟合度 (R2 )达到 0 .996。
Body composition changes of swine are key importance, which are related to economic efficiencies of pork producers and also to carcass quality. This study focus on mathematical function of body compostion changes and evidenced by Shield's experimental data. The equation,Y=aX^b,fitted to body composition changes of moisture, lipid, and protein, but equation of ash change is Y=aX+b.
