介绍了CAPP在工艺过程设计中起的作用和它的发展 ,进而对发动机缸盖产品的结构特点和它的工艺设计进行了仔细研究 ,并针对此提出了一种发动机 5气门缸盖CAPP专家系统的解决方案 ,并详细分析了发动机缸盖的CAPP专家系统的构成、工作原理和它的特点 ,该软件已经成功应用于某大型轿车发动机生产制造公司。
Based on the technology of CAPP and the study on the structural features of cylinder head and its process planning,a solution of CAPP expert system for 5-valve cylinder head is brought forward.Its structure,working principle and main features are analyzed.This software has been used in a domestic engine-manufacturing company successfully.
