主动离职的个人因素及组织因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文用访谈法和问卷法深入地研究了MBA学员的离职意向和离职经历。研究发现,高达63.4%的MBA学员有主动离职意向,而且这种主动离职意向基本超越了年龄、性别、婚姻状况、教育背景、企业性质和职业类型的限制。MBA学员的主动离职主要发生在工作的最初五年,来自小企业、国企和民企,从事财务和营销的学员实际离职率较高。与组织管理有关的"个人成就需求"、"职业发展需求"和"工作应激"是影响MBA学员主动离职的三个主要因素。
