国外矿产资源型城市转型过程中可供借鉴的做法经验和教训

VALUABLE PRACTICES OF FOREIGN CITES RICH IN MINING RESOURCES DURING THE COURSE OF TRANSFORMATION

资源型城市是依托资源开发而发展起来的城市 ,资源的天然禀赋是导致资源型城市产生的初始原因。由于资源型城市因资源而生的特性 ,其一开始就面临着可持续发展的严峻挑战。本文通过对美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本、欧盟等国产业成功转型以及前苏联巴库和委内瑞拉资源型城市停滞和衰退的介绍 ,提出了我国资源型城市产业转型可供借鉴的做法、经验和教训。

Cities rich in natural resources come into being with the exploitation of natural resources.I nview of such a trait,it's faced with a serious challenge:how to achieve sustainable development.By comparing some successful cases of industry trens formation in the U.S.,Canada,Australia,Japan,Eu,etc.,and the stagnancy and recenion in former U.S.S.R. and Venezuela;the article forwards some roluable practies that can be employed in China.
