社会责任体系建设与我国矿业企业安全生产之探讨

A DISCUSSION ON BUILDING-UP SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SYSTEM & SAFE PRODUCTION OF MINING ENTERPRISES IN CHINA

矿业企业衰退的原因是多方面的 ,本文主要从社会道德责任的角度探讨矿业企业安全生产的问题。文章首先分析了目前我国矿业企业所面临的挑战 ,然后结合国际企业安全生产的惯用机制 ,分析了社会责任体系认证SA80 0 0标准产生的背景、意义 ,及其在世界各国被应用的现状 ,在此基础上 ,文章论述了该标准对矿业企业安全生产的制约与规范机制 ,以期通过矿业企业申请SA80 0 0标准认证、引进这种机制来促进和达到安全生产的目的 ,从而促进矿业企业的可持续发展。

There are Various causes for the recession of mining enterprises.The article takes a social-morality-and-responsibility approach to the issue of safety production of mining enterprises.It analyzes the challenges faced now adays;also,in view of international safety production habitual systems,it elaborates the background and the significance of social responsibility system certificate SA8000,as well as the present situotion of its application in the world.Moreover, the article demonstrates the role of such a standand playing in controuing and regulating the safety production of mining enterprises;and itexpresses the hope,by appling for SA8000 certi ficate and introduing such a standard,to promote and achieve safety production,therefore to realize the sustainable development of mining enterprises.
