摘要
在传统教育向现代教育转变的过程中,教师教育观念与教育行为只有进行相应的转变,才能适应时代和社会的需要。本文就教师教育观念与教育行为的转变进行了分析和研究。
A teacher's education conception is a kind of recognition formed through his or her teaching based on the education phenomenon, especially on his teaching competence as well as his students, which directly influences his or her awareness, judgment, at the same time affects, dominates and controls his or teaching conduct. During the transmission from the traditional education to the modern one, only when education conception and conduct are fully exerting the proper transmission can they meet the needs of the times and modern world. This paper is discussing and analyzing education conception and teaching conduct in terms of transmission.
