摘要 为了弄清Fe Cr合金内部硫化物的形成机理 ,用扫描电镜和电子探针系统地研究了不同硫化腐蚀条件下试样横截面的显微组织及Fe ,Cr与S元素的浓度分布 .根据Wagner理论 ,计算了只形成外部硫化物所必需的Cr元素原子数百分临界浓度NBo 值 。 In order to understand the forming mechanism of inside sulfid clearly in alloy of Fe-Cr, a lot of research on microstructure and concentration profil es of Fe, Cr and S measured for the cross-section under different erosive condi t ions were corried out by using electron microscope and electron probe X-ray mic roanalyzer on the basis of Wagner theory, was calculated the critical N B o va lue of Cr element to form outside sulfid, and was explained the forming mechanis m of inside sulfid properly.
