亚硒酸钡注射液对豚鼠的安全剂量和LD_(50)测定的研究

Study on the safe dose and LD_(50) of barium selenite injection in Guinea-pigs

对豚鼠皮下注射不同剂量的亚硒酸钡 ,饲养 1 5d后 ,统计了试验豚鼠的存活数与死亡数。结果显示 ,亚硒酸钡注射液对豚鼠的安全剂量为 60mgSe/kg体重 ,其LD50 为 77.481 9mgSe/kg体重。

Different Comcentrations of barium selenite injection were hypodermicly injected into experimental Guinea-pigs which were then fed for 15 days. The Guinea-pig’s survival numbers and death numbers were (statistics.) The result showed that barium selenite injection’s safe dose is 60 mg Se/kg body weight and the LD_(50) is (77.5) mg Se/kg body weight in Guinea-pigs.
