摘要
新的《国家药品管理法》的实施及加入WTO后,跨国制药企业在中国医药市场的竞争力增强等,国内医药企业必须建立适合自己的管理体系,改革势在必行。该文指出我国现期医药企业的现状、存在的问题及改革的内、外部动力,并对我国医药企业在营销模式改革的程序上提出了自己独特的见解。
After China joined WTO ,the competitive ability of transnational pharmacentical corporation has been strengthened .Therefore, the system of medicine health management in China must be established and reform is under the circumstances. In this paper , it points out some problems and the motive force of reform . In addition, it puts forward some unique ideas about marketing system reform.
