病毒性心肌炎的超声心动图表现与临床

Echocardiogram manifestations and clinical diagnosis of viral myocarditis

目的:评价超声心动图对病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法:对62例病毒性心肌炎患者和50例对照组进行超声心动图检查。结果:病毒性心肌炎患者超声心动图有异常表现,心肌回声异常、室壁运动异常、心律失常、心肌增厚和心腔扩大等;且病毒性心肌炎组与对照组左心功能测定比较均有显著性差别。结论:超声心动图是诊断病毒性心肌炎的重要辅助检查手段。

Objective Assessment of diagnostic value of echocardiogram for viral myocarditis.Methods Examination with echocardiogram has been performed on 62 cases of viral myocarditis and a control group of 50 cases. Results Abnormal echocardiogram manifestations have been found in those with viral myocarditis,such as abnormal myocardial echo,ventricular dyskinesia,arrhythmia,myocarkial hypertrophy and cardiac dilatation.Moreover,there are remarkable differences between the two groups on levocardio functional examination. Conclusion Echocardiogram is an effective accessory diagnostic method for viral myocarditis.
