治疗免疫性血小板减少症的研究与展望(综述)

Research progress in autoimmunization thrombocytopenia

目的:对近十年来免疫性血小板减少症的各种疗法进行综述。方法:查阅文献。结果:治疗主要方法有大剂量IgG,皮质内固醇,免疫抑制剂,脾切除,中医药等。结论:抗体破坏血小板是血小板减少症的常见原因。

Objective Treapeutic methods about ITP in the past ten years were reviewed in this paper. Methods To consult document.Results The treatment were mainly about large dosage antibody,immunnosuppresant, corticosteroid, splenectomy, chinese traditional medicine drug and so on.Conclusion It was a cause of thrombocytopenia that the antibody was damaged.
