目的:探讨新形势下我国高等职业教育发展的新思路,促进高等职业院校的大发展。方法:分析高职院校在WTO机制下和知识经济条件下所面临的新形势、新挑战、新机遇。结果:高职院校应进一步更新观念,确立和遵循新的科学的管理原则,进一步改革职业教育模式、管理体制和运行机制,积极探索,实践WTO机制下的教育、教学体制改革,努力提高高等职业院校管理的效率和质量。结论:我国的高等职业教育作为高等教育改革的重中之重,迎接挑战,抢抓机遇,深化改革,刻不容缓。

Objective To explore the new thinking and ideas of the development of advanced vocational education in the new situation;accelerate the development of the advanced vocational schools. Methods To analyse the new situation, challenges, and chances that the advanced vocational schools face under the system of WTO .Results Advanced vocational schools should renew their ideas. They should establish new scientific management rules and follow them. They should reform the models of their education, management systems and running systems, and be active in exploring and carrying out the reforms of education and teaching systems. should try their best to improve the efficiency and quality of the management of high vocational school. Conclusion The advanced vocational schools, as a very important part of the advanced education reforms in our country,should meet the challenges ,seize the chances and deepen the reforms.
