青年教师培养的实践与探索

The experience and exploration of training young teachers

某校某系由于多种原因青年教师比例较高,此文就青年教师问题做初步探索,具体采取过三关的方法,即:教学关、临床实践关、科研关,使他们成为符合现代教育要求、全面发展的医学检验师资人才。

Because of the high rate of young teachers in our department, the problem of young teachers was discussed primarily in this paper. In order to train the qualified persons to teach in laboratory medicine who are fit for the modern educational demands and develop roundly, we adopt the method that they must pass three tests namely teaching test, clinical practice test and scientific research test.
