颅内海绵状血管瘤的低场MRI诊断

LOW-FIELD MR STUDY OF INTRACRANIAL CAVERNOUS ANGIOMAS

目的 :提高颅内海绵状血管瘤的MRI正确诊断率 ;方法 :分析 1 0例经手术病理证实的海绵状血管瘤的MRI征象 ;结果 :本组定位、定性诊断分别为 1 0 0 %、80 % ;结论 :海绵状血管瘤诊断准确性非常重要 。

Objective: To improve the MRI diagnostic accuracy of intracranial cavernous angiomas. Method: The MRI data, to have been confirmed by surgical operation and pathological test, of 10 cases with intracranial cavernous angiomas were retrospectively reviewed. Result: 100% local diagnosis and 80% qualitative diagnosis were found in 10 cases. Conclusion: It is significant in the diagnosis of intracranial cavernous angiomas using low-field MR.
