摘要
G312改线段跨沪宁高速公路跨线桥为主跨70m的预应力混凝土连续箱梁,主桥采用中心支承与环道支承相结合的平面转体施工方法,大大减少对高速公路的影响,主要介绍该桥的转体施工工艺、过程。
The main span of the overpass on G312 realigned section over Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway is designed as a 70-m span prestressed concrete continuous box girder. In the construction of the overpass proper, the swivel erection method with pivoting supports at both the center and on the loop way is employed, and the interruption of the traffic on the Expressway is thus significantly reduced. In this paper, the construction technology and construction process of the swivel erection are dealt with.
