该文参考中国移动的有关协议规范,从工程设计的角度阐述了小额支付系统(通过手机进行较小金额的支付)的业务功能、体系结构和通信流程的实现,提出了具有实时性、扩展性、安全性、开放性的小额支付系统的内部架构和各功能模块的概要设计方案,为手机支付业务提供了系统的解决方案。

Some relevant protocols a nd criterions of China Mobile Communication Corporation are referred to.From th e view of engineering design,service function,hierarchy structure and communic ation process realization of Micro Payment System are discussed,which permits micro payment with a mobile handset.A real-time ,expansible,safe and open i nterior structure of Micro Payment System,along with the summary design of fun ction modules,are put forward.A systematic solution for handset paying servic e is provided.
