HPLC测定CLEAR-FLEX袋中添加剂Irganox1010的含量

Determination of additive Irganox1010 in CLEAR-FLEXR bag by HPLC

目的 建立新的高效液相色谱法测定CLEAR—FLEX(R)袋中添加刑Irganox1010的含量。方法 采用Capcell PAK C18色谱柱,以甲醇-异丙醇-水(50:45:5)为流动相;检测波长为280 nm。结果 含量线性范围为1.27-31.74μg·ml-1,回归方程为Y=18.53+293.41X(r=O.999 7),在5％葡萄糖注射液及0.9％氯化钠注射液中的平均回收率分别为98.1％和99.2％(n=6)。结论方法简便、快速准确。

OBJECTIVE A HPLC method was established for the determination of additive IrganoxlOlO in CLEAR-FLEXR bag. METHODS A Capcell PAK C18 Colum was used and the mixture of methanol-isopropanol-water (50:45:5) was used as the mobile phase. The determination wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS The liner range of the rececadotril was 1.27 ~ 31.74 ug.ml , and the regression equation was Y= 18.53 + 293.41 X ( r = 0.999 7). The average recoveries were 98.1% and 99.2 in 5% Glucose Injection and 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection respectively. CONCLUSION The method was convenient, accurate and specific.
