摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料经开环酯化和闭环合成了邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯 (PADE)。研究了各步反应催化剂种类用量、碱浓度、闭环时间及温度对反应的影响。较适宜的反应条件是采用一步法 ,催化剂为 2 %的四正丁基溴化铵 ,10 0~ 110℃下反应 2h ,再用 30 %氢氧化钠溶液在室温下反应 1h。
Using ortho-phthalic anhydride as the raw material diglycidyl ortho-phthalate was synthesized by one-step synthesis.Effects of catalyst kind and amount,concentration of sodium hydroxide and time and temperature of the ring-closing reaction were studied.In the one-step synthesis the better reaction condition was that the esterification was carried out at 100~110 ℃ for 2h adding 2% (by mole,based on anhydrid) of tetrabutylammonium bromide and then the ring-closing reaction was completed at room temperature for 1h using 30% NaOH aqueous solution.
