环氧-亚胺树脂研究进展

摘要 环氧树脂有优异的粘接性能和好的机械性能而被广泛应用 ,但耐热性较差、脆性大限制了其高性能领域的应用 ;聚酰亚胺是一类耐热性好、机械性能等优异的工程塑料。用聚酰亚胺改性环氧树脂将 2者的优势结合起来 ,从而成为改善环氧树脂性能的一个有潜力的途径。本文介绍了几种合成环氧 -亚胺树脂的方法以及树脂的性能 ,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 Epoxy resin ,which has excellent adhesive and good mechanical properties ,has been widely used ,but its use in the more demanding area was limited due to its poor thermal resistance and brittleness. Polyimide is a kind of engneering plastics which are possessed of excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties. Thus,combining the adventages of both plastics seemed to be a potential way to improve the properties of epoxy resins.In this article several methods of synthesizing epoxy-imide resins and the properties of the relevant resins were reviewed and its application prospect was also foreseen.
