矿区城市可持续发展的综合评价研究

Comprehensive Evaluation Research on Sustainable Development of Mining Area Cities

在构建指标体系的基本原则的基础上 ,建立了矿区城市可持续发展的指标体系(包括三层结构和 2 1个指标 )。通过比较分析了可持续发展的各种方法 ,在充分考虑各种方法的优点和矿区城市的特点基础上 ,提出层次分析法和数理统计方法相结合的状态趋势评价模型 ,它既反映某一时点的矿区城市可持续发展水平 ,又能综合对比出矿区城市可持续发展的动态状况。最后对焦作市可持续发展状况进行了综合评价和综合分析 ,并提出了可持续发展的具体对策。

Based on the basic principles of establishment of index system,the index system (including three-storeyed structure and 21 indexes) of sustainable development of mining area cities is established.Through comparison various methods for the sustainable development are analyzed.On the basis of considering advantages of the methods and characteristics of the mining area cities,the state trend evaluating model that combines the level analysis,method with the mathematical statistics method is put forword,which reflects the sustainable development level of the mining area cities at a certain time,and compares comprehensively the dynamic state of the sustainable development of the mining area cities.The sustainable development state of Jiaozuo City is comprehensively evaluated and analyzed,and the practical measures for the sustainable development are put forward.
